C | 保定县域特色产业中，中小微外贸企业多，出口订单普遍呈现小批量、多批次的特点，“查检靠等、办证靠跑”的通关堵点长期困扰这些企业。“近期，东南亚药材市场价格波动频繁，客户大多下急单、小单，对通关时效要求很高。”李泽华说，以往查检货物，只能等待执法人员现场作业，有时一等就是三五天，极易延误船期，产生违约风险。如今有了远程属地查检服务，通过视频连线就能完成查检，等待时间压缩至1小时以内，企业承接海外急单的底气更足了。查得快只是第一步，拿证快才能高效通关。当天，百合健康药业工作人员杜林枚打开电脑，登录“中国国际贸易单一窗口”客户端，进入“云签发”模块，核对货品名称、重量、抵达口岸等关键内容，提交办证申请。
